Turning a 32-page medical recruitment report into a credibility-building publication suite.
PPD Search is a specialist medical recruitment agency operating in a trust driven industry. Their annual report needed to position them as a credible, authoritative voice for both the practices they place candidates with and the medical professionals they represent. Working through Three Sixty Digital, I designed their annual report, a 32 page digital PDF, alongside a full suite of promotional assets, using layout, typography, and data presentation to create a publication that felt polished and professional without losing warmth and accessibility.
The Solution & Impact
The rollout followed the same pattern as other publication projects: LinkedIn personal and company banners, social tiles and stories, and EDM banners to drive downloads. I also managed PPD Search's day to day social media feed design on an ongoing basis, maintaining visual consistency across their content calendar.
